Zechariah 10 Prayer Points

Our Father, we give you thanks for our daily bread, and we look to you alone, the God of heaven, to bring forth the rain in its season. We put no hope in the idols of the earth for they are merely a lie and an empty consolation. But you are the Great Shepherd of your sheep who tenderly cares for your flock and who protects us from the enemy. It is you who passes through the sea of troubles and strikes down the proud waves of the sea. It is you who breaks the scepter of the wicked and lays low the pride of the nations. O Lord, strengthen us and save us by your mighty hand. Fill our hearts with the joy of your presence that we might be satisfied with the goodness of your house. And may our children see it and be glad that their hearts might also rejoice in your name. O Lord, gather them and redeem them. Make them strong in the Lord and in your might that they might walk in your ways longing for the land of promise. O God, may all of us hear that homeward call remembering your great compassion upon us.
