Mark 6 Prayers Points

Lord Jesus, you are righteous, holy, and good. As the good shepherd of the sheep you care for all our needs, giving us our daily bread and leading us to a place of rest. You see our trials; you know our burdens, and help us in our time of need. You have compassion upon us, you wait upon us, and give an audience to all our prayers. You give us the very words of life and wisdom. Humble us this day, O Lord, to gladly receive your Word with faith, to repent of our sins and to grow in the love and good works that you have prepared beforehand for us to do. Help us not to grow weary in doing good, but give us your great strength and compassion for people. Lord, lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil so that we would not forsake our kingdom inheritance for the entertainment of this world, for the desires of the flesh, the desires of the eyes and the pride of life. Instead, may our hearts desire be whatever you would ask of us because we love you and seek to please you.
