Claim the Promises of God: You know the plans that you have for us, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give us a future and a hope. You will fulfill your promises to us. May we see the good that you will do for your people. We call upon you and pray to you for you, for you have promised that if we seek you with all our hearts we will find you.

Pray to Apply God’s Commands: May we seek the welfare of the city you have sent us to, praying to you on its behalf, seeking its welfare that we might find our welfare.
-Give us ears to hear your word and a mind to pay attention to your words that you have revealed to us in Scripture.
