Jeremiah 13 Prayer Points

Good and upright are you O Lord; therefore, you instruct sinners in the way. Our Father, we are in desperate need of instruction for our iniquity is great. Our hearts are full abominations, and our minds are full of idolatry and spiritual adultery. We who are accustomed to doing evil are incapable of doing good apart from the conviction and leading of your Holy Spirit. O Lord, have pity upon us, for we are your people, your name, your praise and your glory. Discipline us, O God, and spoil our pride, for we are a foolish and stubborn people who are slow to listen. Fill us with your Spirit, for we have been drunk on the ways of this world and have become good for nothing. We have hated the light and stumbled in the darkness. We have spurned your rebukes and trusted in lies. Consequently, your crown of beauty and of glory has fallen from our heads. O Lord, we give you glory by confessing our sins to you, and we approach your holy throne by clinging to your son Jesus that we might be made clean and once again enjoy the beauty of your wisdom.
