Isaiah 50 Prayer Points

God our Savior, we had sold ourselves into slavery because of our iniquities and inherited a world of misery because of our many transgressions. But your hand was not shortened; it delivered us from the domain of darkness and will deliver us from the power of sin.

By your rebuke, the heavens tremble and the earth’s foundations shake. At your word, the demons shudder and the devil quakes. Who can contend with us when you are near? Who can stand against us when you are for us?

You are our Helper, and you will defend us in the day of trouble. We trust in your goodness and rely on your strength when we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, for we fear your name above all others.

Lord, keep us safe in your way, and give us the tongue of those who are taught, that we may know how to sustain with a word those who are weary.
