Isaiah 44 Prayer Points

O Lord God, our King and Redeemer, you are the first and the last; besides you there is no other. There is no one like you; there is no rock like our God. You are the Lord who made all things, who stretched out the heavens and spread out the earth. You frustrate the schemes of liars and make fools of wise men, yet you confirm the word of your prophets and apostles.

All who cling to idols are nothing, and the things they delight in do not profit them. They will be put to shame, but we will be exalted in your presence. They do not know or discern what is real, but you have opened our eyes to see your glory.

You who made us in the secret place and formed us in our mother’s womb will surely help us. We will not fear, for you have revealed your will to us from of old. You will never forget or forsake us. You have blotted out all our transgressions like a cloud and our sins like the mist. You will restore us and receive us in love, for we are your people, your chosen servants.

Pour out your Spirit upon us, O God, and pour out your blessing upon our children, that they might say, “I am the Lord’s” and call upon your name in love, in all the generations to come. Fulfill your purpose in us, we pray, and shepherd us all the days of our lives.
