O Lord, you have loved your bride with an everlasting love even when we have played the harlot and turned to other gods. And you have paid for us the precious price of redemption laying down your life for us in order that we might live. O Lord, come and claim your bride once again this day delivering us from every false lover that we might return to the goodness of Christ Jesus, our Bridegroom and king.
