Isaiah 3 Prayer Points

O Lord, God of hosts, hallowed be your name, our righteous king and judge. May your kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Lord, we give thanks to you for faithful soldiers, honest judges, and any wise counselors in our land, believing that you have reserved for yourself thousands in our country that have not bowed to the spirit of the antichrist and have not kissed the feet of idols. But there are many more that have gone the way of the world and have defied your glorious presence by their evil speech and wicked deeds. They have proclaimed their sin like Sodom and do not seek to hide it any longer. They have brought numerous evils upon themselves and upon your holy people in this generation and for the generations to come. Already we have seen evidence of your divine displeasure when foolish women, mere boys and even infants rule over us. Just about anyone is made a leader over this heap of ruins. Everyone oppresses one another, youth are insolent to their elders and worthless individuals dishonor the honorable. Lord, won’t you take your stand to judge the peoples, to confront our politicians and the powerful in the country who devour the land and oppress the poor. O God, won’t you humble the haughty women in our land with outstretched necks and wanton eyes exposing their sin and darkness and cause them to be ashamed. Lord, strip them of all their adornments and expose the rottenness of their hearts that all the peoples might mourn and lament the multitude of evil in our country. And may every heart confess that Jesus is Lord to your glory and praise.
