2 Thessalonians 3 Prayer Points

O Lord, you are gracious and faithful to your people. You have directed our hearts to the love of God and to the steadfastness of Christ. You have given us peace at all times and in all circumstances. You have established us in the faith and you will guard us against the evil one. Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. May the word of the Lord speed ahead and be honored among us, and may your people be delivered from wicked and evil men. Lord, teach us to do our work busily and quietly before others that we might earn our own living and eat our own bread so as not to be a burden to anyone. May each of us imitate those who do what is right and never grow weary in doing good. Since we do all our work as unto the Lord, there will be no loafers or busybodies in the kingdom of God. Help us to correct those who sin in this way and to have nothing to do with those who call themselves brothers who refuse to work.
