Leviticus 3 Prayer Points

Our Father, we give you thanks that the ultimate peace offering has been made once for all through our faithful high priest, Jesus. For he offered himself as the Lamb of God without spot or blemish to appease your holy wrath against us.  And He is your beloved Son who has garnered your favor and blessing in our behalf.  O Lord, we offer to you a sacrifice of praise this morning, for you have made an eternal covenant of peace with us through Christ’ precious blood shed upon the cross.  Grant us, Lord, to walk in your peace today, not just as individuals but as a community bound together by Your love. May the peace of Christ rule in our hearts and in our lives.  And help us to be peacemakers in the world, extending the reconciliation that we have received to those around us. We pray all this in the name of your son Jesus, our Prince of Peace.
