Ephesians 3 Prayer Points
Our Father, let your glory be over all the earth. Let your glory be in your church and in Christ Jesus in this generation, and in every generation, forever and ever. O Lord, you have made known to us the mystery of the gospel in your son Jesus and have grafted us into the vine so that we as Gentiles are now fellow heirs with God’s people Israel, members of the same body and partakers of the same promise in the gospel that we might enjoy the unsearchable riches of Christ Jesus. And in Christ, you have given a gift of grace to even the least of your saints. Father, may each of us steward that grace this morning by the working of your power for the sake of your glorious church. May we learn to share the unsearchable riches of Christ not only with each other and also with outsiders that they too might be saved and restored. Through your church may the manifold wisdom of God be made known to the world and to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms to magnify your eternal purpose in Christ.
O Lord, give us boldness and confidence through our faith in Christ before your heavenly throne that we might also stand with confidence before any earthly thrones that we might not fear or lose heart in the midst of our sufferings. Our Father, we bow our knees before you, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, that according to the riches of your glory you may grant us to be strengthened with power through your Spirit in our inner being, so that Christ may dwell in our hearts through faith—that we, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that we may be filled with all the fullness of God.
