Exodus 33 Prayer Points

God Most High, the Holy One, we cannot see your face and live, and we cannot endure the day of your coming, yet you call us to come and worship you in holy fear. O Jesus, Rock of Ages and our Refuge, we hide ourselves in you. For you are gracious to whom you are gracious and you are merciful to whom you show mercy. You have called us by name and given us favor in your sight. You have revealed yourself to us and shown us your holy ways and called us to be your people, your holy nation. O Lord, show us your glory this day that we might fear your name and be in awe of your ways. Go with us on this difficult journey to our eternal rest. Let your goodness go before us and your steadfast mercy follow us all the days of our lives. Lord, may we cast off all our worldly ornaments and turn our backs to Egypt as you sanctify us more and more to be your distinct and peculiar people. O Christ, we long to meet with you face to face in the holy of holies and to go into your heavenly tent and never depart. Jesus, fill us with your Spirit and strength keeping within our hearts the highways to Zion.
