3 John 1 Prayer Points

Dear Father, whom we love in the truth, we live for your glory, and we do our work for the sake of your holy name. You are our highest joy, and we have no greater pleasure on earth than walking in love side by side with our brothers and sisters in Christ. O God, strengthen us this day to work together for the truth, to be well spoken of by others and to live in such a manner that brings you honor and praise. Lord Jesus, we once lived to be first, but now you have given us your joy in being last and acting as the servant of all. Help us to no longer pursue our old evil ways but to imitate your goodness and to walk in your ways. O Holy Spirit, teach us humility, faithfulness, and kindness to others that we might be more welcoming and helpful to our fellow believers. Lord, we pray not merely for good health and prosperity but for real spiritual growth in the faith that all might see our progress and be encouraged.
