Daniel 11 Prayer Points

O God, our Mighty Fortress. Confirm and strengthen the faith of your people for the trials that they will face and comfort us by your truth. For we know that at various times and places, new kings will arise and grow strong who will exalt themselves against your holy throne, doing as they will, and speaking against your holy word. Contemptible men with hearts bent upon evil obtain the kingdoms of this earth through flattery and deceit seeking only to steal, kill and destroy. They raise armies and devise plans to plunder the goods of nations. They stir up the masses against your holy people and seek to profane all that is holy by their abominable deeds. O Lord, help your people to stand firm in the truth in the days of darkness. Give us wisdom to understand and to avoid the dangers that we will face. And use these days for our good, refining and purifying us as your people that we might wear our white garments on the day of your visitation. Lord, may your kingdom come, and may you stretch out your hand against these evil kings to pluck them up and to break apart their perverse kingdoms. Cause them to know the fear of the Lord and to turn back their mighty hand. For you are the Almighty God who reigns over all the nations in this world.
